The meat was still in the freezer when I finally got off tumblr to start cooking :(
Guess that means I can run to the grocery store and pick up some apple juice and Worcestershire sauce and maybe some more Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce. Shit, I hope it’s on sale. That stuff is tasty as fuck.
They’re green onion pancakes made from dough instead of the typical batter ones that you’re used to (as weird as that sounds). The result is a really flaky and sweet bread-like thing that’s great for dipping into beef noodle soup (and probably a whole bunch of other things as well).
