More and more often, I wonder what you’re thinking about. Or how you feel. How do you feel? When I get anxious and already miss you before having to go to Missouri for five days, do you feel the same? Are you worried about me — about us?

I feel like that’s something we’re purposely not verbalizing. Maybe it’s all in my head. Either way, let me make this clear to you: I am Yours. There is nothing more I need to say than that. 

Ugh, please put tissues in your pocket for when you say goodbye to me at the terminal. You know how I can get. I’ll be wishing you were with me for every moment that I’m gone. I can’t wait to Skype it like the old days, though, haha. That’ll be lovely :D

Dear Hilo,
I’m going back to Missouri to visit my family and friends soon.
I know it’s only going to be five days, but gaaaaah! I’m going to miss you. I can tell. You’ve been especially adorable and sweet lately, too.

I’m just so happy my phone finally got reactivated so I can call you every night and text you all day. Thanks in advance for letting me bring the lappy. I’ll make sure to show you my appreciation ;3

Five Weeks

Dear Hilo,

Is it really only going to be five weeks until I’m on the train that will cover over two thousand miles and thirty-seven hours to see you? I still can’t really believe it, you know? I can’t imagine what it’s going to be like to drag all my bags and the box my bike is in off the train to see you standing there, ready to lend a hand. To put my hand into yours and continue to pull everything behind me since you are too lazy to really help, but at least you’re encouraging. <3
Every mile and every hour I’m closer to you, it’s going to hit me again.

Only —— more miles to go, and only — more hours until I see Hilo.

I’m afraid I’ll be shy, too caught up in wonder at really being in the car with you, really having my hand slapped for messing with the radio, really licking your lips before I kiss them… My mind’s going to be going at one thousand miles per hour, and I’m afraid that with all that thinking, I’ll forget to talk.

Or I’ll be fucking ridiculous and never shut up. I just hope you can deal with my initial weirdness :3
