Hustlin’
Dear Hilo,
I sold my bed today! Yay! That brings me leaps closer to being with you. I think I can sell my bedroom set for three hundred dollars… and my computer desk for at least another eighty or one hundred. It’s still pretty modern looking and fashionable, so I might be able to sell it for more than what I bought it at! That’d be wonderful. I’m also selling my violin for around one hundred and twenty, and my television for seventy. And then the big one. My computer. Seven hundred dollars. Let’s add that up… throw in a few more things like clothes and some money my Mom’s going to give me for selling her unwanted items, too… and I’ll have roughly eighteen hundred dollars.
But then expenses: There’s my dental insurance for the next two months, the train ticket, my new cell phone bill… About three hundred dollars gone. I’m not going out to eat anymore. I don’t need to buy anything else. I can hardly pack all the clothes and things I have already!
So fifteen hundred? Not too bad :) Hilo, I am so excited to live with you. I’m jumping out of my skin. I just hope I can sell all of this soon. Then it’ll just be a waiting game as we figure out the living arrangement. California’s going to be amazing. I can feel it.
You Give Me Goosebumps,
A
